Lowell and Baltierra, who are middle-school sweethearts, revealed during a November episode of Teen Mom OG that they were taking time apart from one another. The duo, who are expecting their third child together, are also parents of daughter Novalee Reign, nearly 4, and placed their eldest daughter, Carly, now 9, up for adoption in 2009.

Us broke the news in October that the twosome are expecting a baby girl in 2019.

Earlier this month, Baltierra opened up exclusively to Us about their decision to live apart.

“It’s funny because we actually don’t even call it separation anymore. We say, ‘Let’s just do 30 days of self-reflection time. You get to focus on you, I get to focus on me. We’ll continue to do couples’ therapy,’” Tyler explained on the “Watch With Us” podcast, released on December 4. “We’ve got a great therapist who works really good with us, so [we’re] kind of following her advice on top of the separation, whatever you wanna call it. We call it 30 days of self-reflection – just positive terminology here.”
