Anneka Rice: Strictly star keeps low profile after venting frustration in backstage video
Anneka Rice, 61, and Kevin Clifton, 36, became the second pair to be voted off Strictly Come Dancing 2019 after failing to impress the judges in Movie week.
Today, the radio host was spotted out on a low-key outing in London.
Anneka was pictured flashing her pins in a figure-hugging dress accompanied with black boots and a coat.
The Strictly star didn’t seem to want to attract attention as she also hid behind dark glasses and appeared engrossed in her phone.

Anneka’s day out comes after viewers saw her become the second celebrity to leave the BBC competition yesterday.
At the weekend, Anneka and Kevin performed a Charleston to Kill Bill’s Woo Hoo.
Judges Shirley Ballas, 59, Motsi Mabuse, 38, Craig Revel Horwood, 54, and Bruno Tonioli, 63, scored the pair 11 out of a possible 40 points.
After the results from the public vote were announced, the duo faced a dance off with David James, 49, and his professional partner Nadiya Bychkova, 30.
The judges all chose to save David, putting him through to week four.
Following her performance on Saturday night, Strictly star Anneka Rice struggled to hide her frustration as she addressed the low score.
In view of Strictly’s 775,000 Instagram followers, she vented to the camera: “It’s a bit disappointing because, honestly, I’ve had blood all over my limbs and I am bruised all round…
Kevin added: “We didn’t half work for it this week.”
“I mean, that’s the annoying thing,” she chimed in. “We put quite a lot of work into that — hours!”
“Well, I am proud of you and what you did and all the work you put in,” her dance partner told her reassuringly.
Following her departure from the show, Anneka also took to her Twitter page to address her exit.
In view of her 28,000 followers, she wrote: “Well, that was like running away to the circus. What an adventure!
“Thank you everyone for your support and special love to @keviclifton for unflinching loyalty and kindness.
“And patience like I’ve never seen! I’ve certainly discovered a new me.”
Kevin also shared a picture from the pair’s last performance together in view of his 238,000 followers.
He wrote: “Thank u @AnnekaRice for a lovely few weeks. You worked so hard and in a short space of time started dancing with your heart.(sic)
“Good luck to all the other contestants. Its going to be a cracking @bbcstrictly series.”(sic)
