Alleged Nipsey Hussle Shooter Pleads Not Guilty

Eric Holder, the man charged with killing Nipsey Hussle, has pleaded not guilty to murder charges.

Holder was arrested on Tuesday, April 2, two days after Grammy-nominated Hussle was fatally shot while standing outside a store he owned in South Los Angeles.

Prosecutors charged Holder with one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.

If convicted, Holder faces a maximum sentence of life in prison. He pleaded not guilty to the charges at his arraignment on Thursday, a spokesman for the district attorney’s office said.

Citing video evidence, police officials said Holder walked up to Hussle and the two men who were with him several times before returning with a handgun.

He fired several times and fled the scene in a white Chevy Cruze, which was driven by an unidentified woman.
