After Breaking Up with Boyfriend Henri Levy, Demi Lovato Is Apparently Sending Herself Flowers and Love Notes

Ok … so pop singer Demi Lovato reportedly broke up not long ago with her boyfriend of four months, controversial fashion designer Henri Levy. The breakup — which was viewed with relief by some Lovatics because of Henri’s provocative admissions about his own struggles with drug abuse — may have impacted Demi enough for her seek additional mental health treatment to help her cope with the emotional repercussions.

Now Demi is taking a different tack to supporting herself through the tough times. She posted a picture of a bouquet of roses and a love letter that she sent herself. She captioned her photo “Cause sometimes you gotta send yourself flowers … #selflove.”

On the love letter to herself in the picture, Demi wrote some more words of self-encouragement. “You’re beautiful,” Demi wrote. “You’re loved and you’re worthy of a happy and healthy life.”

The pic really has to make Demi’s fans wonder — how bad a breakup was it with Henri?
