Kate Wright reveals toxic frenemy 'hates' her because of Rio Ferdinand romance after cutting out negative pals

The former Towie star has been posting cryptic messages on Instagram after appearing to have cut out any negativity from her life – including friends.

The 37-year-old blonde beauty shared a post on Instagram that read: "Every now & then a detox is necessary. Cleanse the toxins from your body & life; that means negativity of all forms – food, people, etc…".

Another post read: "Some people only hate you because of the way other people love you."

The messages come days after Kate admitted she has spent years battling anxiety.

The former reality star revealed: "Most days are a battle with what’s going on in my head.

"I’ve sort of kept this off social media as I’ve been to scared to share it, and the less I shared the more distant Instagram is from my daily life… that’s going to change this year. I’m going to give more of the ups and downs, not just the fun times.

"This year I will not let society’s views on who I should be and what I should look like effect me. This year I am working on me; mind, body, soul".

Kate and Rio announced their engagement in November of last year after he popped the question on top of a skyscraper in Abu Dhabi.

Rio asked Kate to be his wife as his three children, Lorenz, 11, Tate, nine and Tia, seven, watched during a family holiday.

Last week, Kate asked her nine “favourite girls” to be her bridesmaids with an elaborate party.

Images from the day showed them posing in front of a flower wall before being presented with flowers in boxes, candles and a personalised poem.
