To say we have a girl crush on the 43-year-old actress and producer extraordinaire would be an understatement. The Big Little Lies star is HBIC at her production company Hello Sunshine, the founder of lifestyle brand Draper James, a mom of three (including to her mini-me daughter Ava Phillippe Opens a New Window. ) and author of Whiskey in a Teacup: What Growing Up in the South Taught Me About Life, Love, and Baking Biscuits. To top it all off she’s an Academy Award-winning actress and style legend.

When taking home the Oscar for Best Leading Actress in 2006, the southern belle wore a 1955 vintage Christian Dior dress that was a thing of dreams. At the 2014 Met Gala she channeled her former Elle Woods and rocked a sleek hot pink Stella McCartney gown that was trés fab.

It’s not just evening gowns she stuns in though. At the 2009 pre-Oscar party, she wore a short and flirty black Dior frock that flared at the waist for a playful yet sexy effect. And at the 2017 Emmys she went pantsless Opens a New Window. in a navy blue Stella McCartney suit jacket dress that showed off her toned limbs.

How she balances her jam-packed resume while looking #flawless on the red carpet (and beyond), we’ll never know. But we will continue to admire.
