Mystery as 25-year-old model is found dead in the lobby of a Bangkok apartment building – as chilling footage shows a man dumping her limp body in a lift

Mystery surrounds the death of a model in Bangkok, as chilling footage emerged of what appeared to be a man dumping her limp body in a lift.

Thitim ‘Bell’ Noraphanpiphat, 25, was found dead in an apartment block lobby on Tuesday morning but police have said it is too early to name any suspects.

Surakit Sitiwilai of the Bukkhalo Police Station told local media they are waiting for the autopsy report.

He said no suspects have been identified. 

Chilling CCTV footage showed Ms Noraphanpiphat looking limp while being dragged into a lift by a man.

A man who was questioned by police claimed he took the model to his home after she was ‘too drunk’ to tell him her address following an event they both worked at.

He told police she passed out before he could find out where she lived before letting her sleep in his bed and calling one of her friends to come and pick her up.

The male model and fitness trainer, who was released by police after questioning, admitted he took Ms Noraphanpiphat into the lobby while she was unconscious, but said he did nothing wrong.

In social media posts he denied that he had done anything to hurt or drug Ms Noraphanpiphat.  

Chilling CCTV footage showed Ms Noraphanpiphat in a state where she appeared to be limp as she was being dragged into a lift by a man

‘I promise I won’t run away because I’m innocent. I may be a jokester, but I’m a gentleman. … If you’re listening Bell, please understand me,’ he said. 

Ms Noraphanpiphat boasted more than 73,000 Instagram followers at the time of her death and her fans flocked to her social media pages to pay tribute to her. 

‘RIP, Belle, wish you happiness in the next world,’ one person wrote.

Others wished that she was in a better place now.

Another wrote: ‘Was shocked by the news.’
