I'm A Celebrity's Adam Woodyatt's secret clue that he was signing up for the ITV show

ADAM WOODYATT is clearly gearing himself up for being crowned King of the Castle.

The Sun on Sunday revealed last weekend the EastEnders veteran has signed up for this year’s series of I’m A Celebrity.

And in keeping with the Welsh theme while the ITV show stays away from its usual home Down Under, Adam has set up a new firm to handle his pay – called Caledfwlch Ltd which is Welsh for Excalibur, King Arthur’s famous sword.

A source said: “It’s all a bit of fun for Adam, he’s really getting into the show ahead of his return to prime-time telly.

“He actually set it up last year which suggests he was close to appearing in the 2020 series, but Covid or his recent divorce may have delayed it by a year.”

Adam’s firm doesn’t have ex-wife Beverley on the books, unlike his management company XL which shows assets of £700,000, according to latest accounts out last week.

He may have to hand over half that to Beverley as part of their divorce deal, and given he also has a tax bill of £250,000 to pay, it’s clear what his incentive to join the show is.
