Man City stars jetted in a squad of stunning Instagram models for lavish Bunga Bunga-style bash after 6-1 victory – The Sun

MANCHESTER City stars flew in a squad of stunning models for a Bunga Bunga-style party.

The Italian girls were put up at vast expense at an exclusive hotel in Cheshire — just a few miles from where many of the players live.

And the 22 Instagram babes were then bussed to a secret location where they partied with members of the first team squad after City hammered Aston Villa 6-1 on Sunday.

The Sun understands the players had permission from manager Pep Guardiola for a team bonding night, organised by a fixer with close connections to the club.

But it was unclear if the Spaniard was aware of the women’s presence.

Several flew to Manchester from Milan and checked into the luxury Mere Golf Resort and Spa in Knutsford before the Villa match.

WAGS WERE ABSENT

A source told The Sun: “It was a delayed Christmas party for the players.

“A player liaison guy from the club has spent the last couple of months organising it.

“I think their Wags will be surprised to hear these women were invited, but that they weren’t.

“Perhaps they are members of the Manchester City supporters’ club in Milan.

“Either way, they are very beautiful and looked like they had a really fun time. I assume the players did too.”

Among those at the £150-a-night hotel were brunette Amira Paula, who posted a bikini selfie on Sunday.

She checked out with a friend yesterday morning carrying a designer Louis Vuitton bag. The pair were picked up by a driver for their flight home.

When a Sun reporter showed Amira and her friend an Italian newspaper article about the City party, they declined to comment before being shepherded out of the hotel by a male chaperone.

I think their Wags will be surprised to hear these women were invited, but that they weren’t.

Other women who stayed at the Mere on Sunday included Marta Tejada — filmed on Instagram popping open a bottle of champagne on a bed shortly after the group arrived.

In another clip she wears a red bikini in her hotel room following a spa session. Marta also hugs her pal, in a white robe, before tucking into plates of pizza and pasta.

Isa Rivera posted a clip of the group enjoying fish, chips and mushy peas. They also ate a full English breakfast the next morning.

Fashion model and Italian cable TV presenter Chiara Giuffrida was also at the party. She posed outside the main entrance of the hotel with a Yves Saint Laurent handbag.

Other pictures posted on social media by Chiara Battola show her in the bath and sauna as she gets ready for her night out.

Another clip shows a bikini-clad girl in the pool next to an unidentified man and another model having lunch with a man in a baseball cap.

Some of the group, who stayed for a second night, headed out in Manchester city centre on Monday.
They returned to the hotel, 18 miles away, in a taxi at 4am.

BROUGHT IN TO 'ENTERTAIN'

The Mere, which has 81 rooms set in 262 acres, is located within Cheshire’s “golden triangle” — an affluent area including Wilmslow, Alderley Edge and Prestbury.

Italian gossip website Dagospia claimed the girls had been brought in “entertain” Man City players. The story was followed up by the respected Corriere Dello Sport website.

A source at Manchester City said last night: “The players did not party with the girls inside the Mere.”

Bunga Bunga sex parties hit the headlines thanks to randy former Italian PM Silvio Berlusconi.

Model Karima El Mahroug, known as Ruby, used the term when she told a court of orgies at his Milan villa in 2010.

In 2018 City held their annual golf day at the hotel, which is close to the homes of defenders John Stones and Kyle Walker.

Last March Juventus players including Cristiano Ronaldo hosted a party with 60 models. Following their 2-0 loss to Atletico Madrid, the team flew back to Turin on private jets.

The models were spotted leaving the venue the next morning.

But boss Max Allegri did not appear deterred by their actions.

He said: “I’m a football manager, not a watchman. They did it and I think it was good because it made our environment more lively, the lads are responsible and know what to do.”
