There's a new Twister lolly that tastes of vanilla, strawberry and mango

AS the hot weather continues you might be looking for a sweet treat to cool you down – and this new strawberry, mango and vanilla Twister lolly could be just the thing.

Walls has released a new version of the popular ice lolly called a Twister 3ster.

Instead of the usual lime and strawberry ice lolly with pineapple ice cream, the 3ster has strawberry and mango ice lolly with vanilla ice cream.

The Twister range was originally launched back in 1982 and has proved popular ever since.

The new 3ster is available as a single stick for £1.10 (RRP) or multipack of five at £2.20 (RRP) and you can pick these up on your next trip to your nearest Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Waitrose.

B&M and Asda are also stocking the treat for £2, and they are currently on offer for buy any two for £3 whilst stocks last.

It is made with natural fruit juice and has no artificial colours or flavours.

One lolly has only 70 calories, but does contain 12g of sugar, so it’s best to only eat these as a treat.

The new Twister lollies actually launched in March of this year, but they are only now being discovered by shoppers.

Instagram user thegreatbritishsnackoff said: “This product sounds delicious yet I was still actually pretty blown away by the taste!”

Iceland is selling ice lollies that taste of retro sweets including Fruit Salads and Black Jacks.

And Asda is now selling Lotus Biscoff ice cream with brownie pieces.
