‘Married at First Sight’ Season 9 reunion: Which couples are still together?

Last week, the four couples on Season 9 of “Married at First Sight” decided if they wanted to stay married or get a divorce.

Now, two months later, the Charlotte, NC, couples are dishing on their new lives together.

On the Lifetime reality TV show, eligible singles are matched by three relationship experts out of thousands of hopefuls. They meet as strangers at the altar and then create a life together over a period of eight weeks. After that comes “Decision Day,” when the couples must either stay committed or part ways.

Two of the couples stayed together. Both Deonna McNeill and Gregory Okotie and Elizabeth Bice and Jamie Thompson are still going strong, now celebrating four months of marriage.

Amber Bowles and Matthew Gwynne, as well as Iris Caldwell and Keith Manley remain divorced.

The show’s host Kevin Frazier also revealed that Season 10 of “Married at First Sight” will take place in Washington, DC.

Here are the biggest revelations from Wednesday night’s tell-all.

Iris wanted to have sex with Keith

Although Iris saved herself for marriage, it seemed as though she wanted to hold onto her virginity during her eight weeks with Keith until she was sure it would last.

She broke down in tears explaining that he gave up on her early.

“I may not know what it’s like to have sex, [but] I wanted to have sex with you,” Iris told her ex. “That’s why I came on ‘Married at First Sight.’ ”

The exes revealed that they still talk and get dinner, but they won’t be getting back together. And while Iris is still hoping there’s a day Keith changes his mind, Keith says he won’t be dating Iris again.

Iris, for her part, is going to keep her virginity until her next marriage.

Matt lied to Amber from the first day of their relationship

Matt, who disappeared constantly throughout his marriage to go out and drink, said he knew his marriage to Amber wouldn’t work “after the first 15 minutes.”

Amber said that 10 people, including Matt’s best friend and a woman who he spent time with, contacted her to dish about Matt’s actions during their short-lived marriage. However, Matt maintains that he didn’t have sex outside of their relationship.

Even contestant Beth had to reach out to Amber with information on her husband at the time.

“Charlotte’s [a] small [town], and unfortunately, some of us have … mutual people that we know. So I was getting information that I didn’t want to have to deliver to Amber,” Beth revealed.

Amber is moving on from Matt and is currently dating, though not seriously yet.

Beth chose her dog over her husband

Although they’re still married, it has been a mix of highs and lows for Jamie and Beth.

After filming ended, Jamie and Beth revealed that they couldn’t handle unexpected stress in their lives. “We both cracked,” said Jamie. They finally called it quits.

Beth said that when her dog got sick and was in the ICU for four days, she chose the pup over her husband.

“I told him with the way she is right now, I can’t talk to you,” Beth said. “My dog has been in my life a little bit longer than my husband so I had to prioritize some things.”

However, they’ve since worked it out and gotten back together — and have called a truce on swearing at each other. In three weeks they’ll be moving to the Bay Area in California.
