‘I had the cellulite removed from my butt – it makes men feel insecure too’

A man coughed up the cash to have the cellulite removed from his butt because it made him feel "ugly".

Presenter Israel Cassol has always spoken openly with his audience about the surgeries and aesthetic procedures he has undergone.

In the past he's admitted to splurging a whopping $1million Brazilian reais (around £167,000) on surgery, with treatments having included Lipo HD, Botox applications and several other procedures.

Recently he opted to undergo a much less aggressive procedure to make his butt appear more "beautiful".

Israel said: "I was very well with the front of my body, but my butt was bothering me because of the cellulite.

"I looked in the mirror and I didn't like what I was seeing."

So on June 1 he underwent a procedure to remove the cellulite.

For those who don't know, cellulite is an aesthetic condition that affects both men and women, and can cause discomfort and insecurity regarding the appearance of the body.

Although it's more commonly associated with women, it can also affect men, especially around the buttock area.

Israel felt the presence of cellulite on his butt affected his self-esteem and confidence, so he opted for the GoldIncision procedure – a technique that aims to reduce or eliminate the appearance of cellulite.

"I saw some famous people doing it and showing the results," he added.

"And when I went to find out more about the procedure, I saw that this was exactly what I needed."

By sharing his experience, the presenter hopes to help demystify the idea that cellulite is an exclusively female problem.

He believes that by talking openly about his insecurities, and the process he went through to resolve the issue, he can encourage other men to seek solutions to their own aesthetic concerns.

Israel became known for being the first Brazilian to be on the cover of Playboy magazine – and the Old Gender influencer recently caught the public eye with a startling statement about his sex life.

Back in May he admitted he has slept with women, men and trans people to find out where his sexuality truly lies.

At the time, he said: "I always wanted to try all genders.

"I had sex with women, men, transsexuals, transvestites, because I wanted to know which tribe I was going to follow, which my body felt most attracted to."
