Missing NJ woman’s ex charged with child porn, eyed in her disappearance

An ex-boyfriend of the New Jersey woman who vanished nearly two weeks ago after a girls’ night out was arrested on child porn charges — and is a person of interest in her disappearance, a report said.

Police swarmed the Freehold Township home of 29-year-old stockbroker John Ozbilgen on Friday — where they found child porn on his iPhone X, the Asbury Park Press reported.

The search of Ozbilgen’s home was related to the disappearance of 25-year-old nanny Stephanie Parze, who was last seen Oct. 30, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor spokesman Chris Swendenman.

His arrest on child pornography charges, though, wasn’t related to the missing-persons case, Swendenman said.

The pair’s Facebook pages listed them as being in a relationship back in August, but Parze’s more recently said she was single.

Law enforcement sources told NBC 4 New York that Ozbilgen is considered a person of interest in Parze’s case.

Parze vanished after going to to see psychic medium Cindy Kaza’s show at the Stress Factory Comedy Club in New Brunswick with her mother, three sisters and other female relatives on Oct. 30, her parents previously told The Post.

She kissed her mom goodnight then drove the seven miles back to her house around 10:30 p.m., sending a Snapchat photo of herself on the way home.

Her parents, Edward and Sharlene Parze, said they found Stephanie’s car in her driveway and her phone in her couch — but haven’t heard from her since the Snapchat photo.

Ozbilgen is being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold Township pending a hearing this week.
