Smiling Katie Price stocks up on clothes for Harvey at Fat Boys on shopping spree with boyfriend Kris Boyson

KATIE Price was all smiles as she stocked up on clothes for son Harvey during a shopping trip with boyfriend Kris Boyson.

The 40-year-old star was spotted with bags filled to the brim with goods as she made her way from Fat Boys clothing shop.

Harvey, 16, previously revealed that this is his favourite store, sharing a photo of himself posing proudly in front of the Fat Boys sign to his Instagram page in January alongside the caption: "My most best shop for clothes. Love it."

Katie was dressed casually for the shopping trip, wearing an oversized white jumper with a graphic print, and white trainers.

The former glamour model had her bronzed legs bare and on display, with her long, blonde hair loose and straight around her shoulders.

Her toyboy lover, Kris, was also dressed in loungewear, donning a matching blue Adidas tracksuit.

The pair were seen grinning as they chatted to shop attendants inside the store, with the smiles continuing as they loaded up the boot of Katie's iconic pink Range Rover.

The images come after The Sun Online revealed that the mother-of-five is having a secret facelift and "two-for-one" tummy tuck and lipo in Turkey later today.

Katie has booked herself in to get a series of cosmetic surgeries – including a bum implant.

A friend of the reality star confirmed she flew out to Istanbul last night to go under the knife with a British surgeon.

The pal told us: "Katie has been self-conscious about her looks recently, and despite joining a gym, she hasn’t got the results she wanted.

"Katie’s booked a whole series of procedures in Turkey, which she wants to have before flying back in time to pick up Princess and Junior after school on Friday.

"She’s telling people to ‘say goodbye to her old face’ as she’s getting a new one and has talked a lot about getting bum implants too.

"The clinic do a 2-for-1 package on lipo and a tummy tuck for £4,000, too, and she wants that so she looks slimmer. She says she doesn’t feel like herself when she’s bigger and hates recent photos of herself."

Katie will recover from her operations in a luxurious villa as part of her surgeon's aftercare policy.

The reality star will live it up in a plush pad where guests are treated to special home-cooked meals, with the huge building housing a total of ten patients and an extra ten guests.
