Professor Green rushed to hospital after fracturing his neck in horror fall during seizure

The 35-year-old musician took to his Instagram this evening to share a picture of himself lying on a stretcher in a neck and head brace.

He wrote alongside it: "I had seizure this morning which resulted in a fall while I was packing for tour.

"Depending on how you look at this fall I was extremely lucky.

"I'm very fractured vertebrae in my neck and subsequently had to cancel my tour that was due to start today.

"I'll be back in the winter with a bigger tour.

"I've had two further seizures and am lucky I didn't break my neck.

"Really f***ing lucky. Thanks for baring with me."

Fans were quick to send get well soon messages, with one writing: "The tour will wait. Life is precious. Your incredibly lucky."

Another posted: "Omg! All the best for a full and speedy recovery!"

A third added: "Bloody hell sending lots of well wishes your way!!"

The star was set to kick off his tour at The Globe in Cardiff before visiting cities including Birmingham and Newcastle.

It was set to finish on February 21 at The Haunt in Brighton, but the dates will be rescheduled for later in the year.
