Nicole Scherzinger has finally signed a multi-million pound deal to return to The Pussycat Dolls for a world tour – The Sun

I CAN exclusively confirm that The Pussycat Dolls group – headed by Nicole Scherzinger – are making their comeback.

More than a decade after they announced they were going on a hiatus to pursue solo music projects, they are returning with a massive tour and talk of new music.

A source close to the US group, who had hits including Buttons, Don’t Cha and Jai Ho, said: “Nicole has long turned down offers for a reunion but with the ten-year anniversary of their hiatus passing, she finally said she was ready.

“Nicole was made a multi-million pound offer to re-join the group and was given a huge advance which made it impossible for her to turn down.”

She will be joined by other original Pussycat Dolls Melody Thornton, Kimberly Wyatt, Ashley Roberts, Carmit Bachar and Jessica Sutta. The group will be announcing a worldwide tour in the coming months, including a handful of UK gigs — pencilled in for 2020.

Another insider added: “The tour is going to be huge and the group will be playing their greatest hits. But there has been talk of the possibility of them recording new music.

“It’s in the early stages but now they’re going to be back together, a couple of them, including Nicole, have said they’d be open to working on some new sounds together.”

The group are also being lined up for a number of mega-money commercial deals which will coincide with the announcement later this year.

Nicole hinted a reunion was on the cards in the summer. She said: “I miss touring. That’s why I’d love to one day go back out so it could be a party.

“When I went solo after, I really enjoyed touring with my dancers and I was like ‘God I miss my girls’. I’d love for us to be able to get back out and just enjoy it and breathe.”

The cat’s well and truly out of the bag now, Nic.
