Meghan Markle Took A Secret Trip To Los Angeles To Visit Her Mother
Meghan Markle is known for her secret trips and visits. Though the Duchess of Sussex is extremely famous and very pregnant, she’s managed to slip away from the cameras and her life in the U.K. for several under the radar visits to the United States to catch up with family and friends. Recently, Markle had all of New York City shook when she and her A-list friends descended up the concrete jungle for the duchess’ lavish baby shower.
Though Markle’s besties, Serena Williams and Jessica Mulroney were present at her baby shower, many fans noticed that Markle’s mom, Doria Ragland was nowhere to be found. Since the Suits alum is very close with her mother most fans found Ragland’s absence odd. Now, we know that the duke and duchess have been taking secret tips to LA to visit Ragland all along.

When did Meghan Markle and Prince Harry secretly visit Los Angeles?
Though Prince Harry did not attend Meghan Markle’s baby shower because he was in the U.K. supporting the StreetGames “Fit and Fed” initiative, he and Markle flew into the States together just before the shower to visit Dofria Ragland in Los Angeles. This was not the first time they’ve secretly visited L.A.

Is Doria Ragland moving to the U.K. when Baby Sussex is born?
Just before the royal wedding on May 2018, Ragland quit her job as a social worker at the Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services clinic in L.A., leaving many people to speculate that she would be moving across the pond to live with her daughter and son-in-law.
Now it looks like Ragland is getting her affairs in order to be on hand in the U.K. when Markle gives birth. Though she might not move permanently, she is expected to be present to help with the baby for some time. According to The Express,
She is getting ready to move to London. I think she will be going as soon as possible. I know that she was eager to live closer to her daughter I think this has been coming for a while. Even before the wedding, she told me how she misses her Megs so much she would do anything to be closer to her, especially now Meghan will be starting a family of her own.
We bet Doria Ragland knows if Baby Sussex is a boy or a girl.
