Louise Redknapp looks miserable as she leaves Global Awards after rumours she's getting close to ex Jamie again

Love could be in the air for the formerly married couple, Woman magazine has claimed.

The former Eternal singer, 44, looked sad as she left an awards show on Thursday after rumours circulated she and football legend Jamie, 45,  could be getting closer again.

The pair, who have sons Charlie, 14, and Beau, 10, together, finalised their divorce in December 2017 and their spark could be back claimed the magazine report.

Yet the Strictly beauty looked sad as she left the show venue in her chic black tailored suit with a sheer lace top underneath.

She had been joined at the event by Cheryl, Little Mix and Liam Payne.

Her night out came as rumours football pundit Jamie has been 'bowled over' by her transformation, with the pair remaining close friends.

Louise, 44, has recently undergone a huge transformation as she relaunches her solo career after signing a record deal with Warner music last month.

"Frankly, Jamie fancies the pants off her again. Maybe it's the forbidden fruit thing, but he's enjoying flirting with a beautiful brunette. It cheers them both up," the magazine's source claimed.

During a radio interview last month on Heart Radio, Louise revealed Jamie was still her 'best friend' despite the divorce.

Louise explained: "It’s been really tough, but, you know, he’s my best friend.

"It’s been really tough but things happen. I saw him yesterday and it was all good.

"We had school meetings and stuff, like you do, so all good."
