Dancing On Ice star sparks shock exit fears after brutal injury

Melody Thornton sparked fears that she could suffer an early exit from Dancing On Ice.

The ex-Pussycat Dolls singer, 34, had been practicing her routine for Sunday’s show when she was involved in a horror fall.

She ended up crashing onto the ice, with her partner Alex Demetriou falling on top of her.

Taking to Instagram today, she revealed that the accident had left her being barely able to move her arms but was trying to stay positive.

Melody also said that it had left her with a nasty bruise on her chin, which she could thankfully cover with make-up.

She told her 74,200 followers as she showed off her chin: "Just at the studio. Here’s my chin, it’s swollen – there’s some bruising but I can cover it with make-up today.

"I can’t hardly use my arms… which is great because who needs arms when you’re ice skating!"
