Casey Batchelor does the splits in a bikini and high heels after incredible four stone weight loss

CASEY Batchelor proved she can't just do the splits standing up – she can do them teetering in high heel shoes wearing a bright red bikini.

The multi-talented 34-year-old, who recently lost a staggering four stone after the birth of her daughter Flo, showed off the rare talent, warning fans: "Don't try this at home."

She said: "I like a challenge but standing splits in heels is deffo not for the faint hearted (or beginners or anybody sensible tbh!)

"The photographer went a bit quiet when I did this – think we was worried about his insurance!!"

She added: "This is not on my Yoga Bljtz plan you’ll be pleased to hear."

Former Big Brother star Casey later traded the orange bikini for a lurid green one, posting a video of her laughing while being photographed.

She captioned it: "Walking into Wednesday like… Bikini season is nearly here?."

The new mum has launched her own weight loss plan after she lost four stone since the birth of her first child in May.

Casey showed off how much she has slimmed down with drastic before and after snaps in a black bra and pants.

The star also recently confirmed her engagement to fiance Dane Goodson – weeks after he popped the question.

She explained: "Yes I’ve had a few people ask me and the rumours are true! Back in January Dane asked me and I balled my bloody eyes out!

"I literally could not be happier. We didn’t announce the news straight away as we wanted to keep it between us for a while. But now the secrets out #IMENGAGED."
