AMANDA Holden sent fans wild as she showed off her "amazing" abs in a leopard print bikini.

The telly judge, 48, sunned herself in Dubai as Britain's Got Talent became the most watched TV show of 2019 after Ant McPartlin's return last weekend.

Amanda displayed her sensational figure as she relaxed by the pool in her striking swimwear.

The mum-of-two looked tanned in her outfit that showed off the results of her exercise and healthy living regime.

She captioned the shot: "Another tough day by the #pool @ritzcarltondubai #Dubai."

Fans couldn't get enough of her age-defying looks.

One fan wrote: "Great abs there Amanda."

A second said:"Sexy, beautiful and intelligent."

Meanwhile just days ago Amanda teased them further as she striped into a yellow bikini to celebrate Britain's Got Talent success.

Amanda showed off her incredibly flat stomach as she celebrated the success of BGT going back on air last weekend.

The star recently revealed she is a fan of the celeb favourite juicing retreat Prestige bootcamp in Portugal.

She told the Daily Star Sunday's TV life magazine: "I go to a fitness camp in Portugal before the live shows. I'm a vegetarian so for me it's lots of avocado, chickpeas and quinoa salads as well as hikes and boxing."
