Under-fire Solskjaer arrives for Man Utd training as fans call for boss to be sacked and Ed Woodward to go following West Ham horror show – The Sun

OLE GUNNAR SOLSKJAER wasted no time in fighting for his future by arriving at Manchester United's training complex at the crack of dawn this morning.

The Norwegian boss is under growing calls by supporters to be sacked following another abject away performance at West Ham on Sunday.

SunSport columnist Alan Shearer labelled the Red Devils "unbelievably bad" as goals from Aaron Cresswell and Andriy Yarmolenko ensured United are still seeking their first away win of the season.

Former midfielder Roy Keane claimed it was "scary" how far the club have fallen while ex-boss Jose Mourinho says there are no positives that the club can take away from the performance.

Defeat leaves United with just eight points from six matches and 10 points adrift of table-toppers Liverpool.

Fans have seen enough having called for chief executive Ed Woodward to swing the axe but Solskjaer appeared defiant as he arrived at Carrington along with first-team coach Michael Carrick.
