Ten-man Foxes steal 90th-minute win thanks to Morgan winner after Maguire sent-off after just four minutes

HARRY MAGUIRE saw red and Sean Dyche did likewise as Burnley plunged deeper into a survival scrap.

The England centre back lasted just three minutes and 11 seconds before getting his marching orders of referee Michael Oliver.

Yet the Clarets couldn’t make the most of it – and then lost even a point when Wes Morgan, thrown on after the sending off, headed a dramatic last minute winner.

Maguire’s dismissal came after a clash with Johan Berg Gudmundsson that was more a tangle of legs, but – as the last man barely 30 yards out – the official had no choice.

It was the Prem’s quickest dismissal since West Brom’s Gareth McAuley was sent packing against Manchester City four years ago.

But Burnley struggled to make their extra man advantage count, and with Leicester increasingly dangerous on the break, it was no shock when they went ahead on 32 minutes.

James Maddison turned James Tarkowski full circle before the Clarets centre back sent him tumbling a yard outside the box.

And Maddison picked himself up to whip a magnificent free kick over the wall and into Tom Heaton’s top corner.

It was a lead which lasted six minutes, before Jonny Evans’ poor control on halfway set Burnley up for a counter of their own.

Dwight McNeil and then Jack Cork swept the ball to left back Charlie Taylor on a typically marauding raid down the flank.

When Taylor pulled it back to McNeil, he swept a low shot across Schmeichel, and although it was accurate, the Leicester keeper will feel he should have done better.

Even then Burnley couldn’t take advantage, and two penalty claims against Wilfred Ndidi – both waved away – were the closest they came.

And agonisingly, with stoppage time looming, Morgan then got above Tarkowski to head into the corner after Youri Tielemans’ corner was never fully cleared, to leave manager Dyche raging.
