Spurs show off luxurious dressing room at new stadium – and it's a lot nicer than the away facilities

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR'S new stadium has received much adulation but the away dressing room is nowhere near as plush as the home one.

Spurs spent around £1bn to build their new ground but seem to have made savings in the away dressing room.

Pictures released before Spurs' home game against Huddersfield show the fancy surroundings where their international stars prepare for games with stylish down-lighting, leather seats and personalised locker areas to hang their kit.

But, this is in stark comparison to the room reserved for their visitors.

Images show basic decor in the away dressing room with cheap looking white tiling and 'P.E changing room' style hooks to hang kit.

The tactic has worked well for Spurs so far as they have won both games at the stadium and are yet to concede a goal.

Having beaten Crystal Palace 2-0 in the opening fixture, they went on to record a historic but fortunate 1-0 Champions League victory against Manchester City.

Despite good performances on the pitch, there has been trouble in the stands already with fans being banned.

Spurs can go third with a win against Huddersfield and are yet to officially name their new ground which remains the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for the time being.
