Sell Hazard, sack Sarri and drop Jorginho: Chelsea fans have a proper meltdown after humiliating Bournemouth defeat

The Blues were made to pay for a number of missed opportunities in the first half as the Cherries hit four unanswered goals in the second period.

Norwegian striker Josh King helped himself to a double, while he also set up David Brooks for the Welshman's sixth goal of the season.

Left-back Charlie Daniels put the icing on the cake in stoppage time, with the result seeing Arsenal leapfrog Chelsea into fourth place on goal difference.

The travelling Chelsea supporters jeered boss Maurizio Sarri after the full-time whistle, with the Italian subsequently locking his players in the dressing for over an hour.

And the 60-year-old was a hot topic amongst fans in a post-match Reddit thread, as one said: "What a dreadful performance and Sarri needs to take some responsibility instead of blaming the players again."

While another stated: "Nothing is being done to fix our problems. At all. Neither by Sarri or the players. Serious questions need to be asked of Sarri and the whole team at this point."

One commented: "Sarri has done nothing to show that he’s worthy of more time."

Another said: "I've never seen such a mentally weak Chelsea team, Sarri is clueless and will be gone sooner than we thought. Shambles basically."

Fans also turned on Eden Hazard and declared the Belgian should leave the club amid reports of a switch to Real Madrid in the summer.

One said: "Unpopular opinion: Hazard must go. His constant feeding of mixed messages about Madrid probably depreciate our club's value in the eyes of some of the other squad members."

While another added: "Hazard should have gone as soon as he started flirting with Real."

Another commented: "We wont see anything good until we have all players committed to the club. Hazard needs to f*** off this club."

And Jorginho was also in the firing line of Blues fans, as the Italian midfielder once again failed to influence the match.

One supporter said: "Loved how Rudiger plain ignored Jorginho when building up and straight up crossed straight to Hazard or Higuain. Clearly tired of this s***."

Another messaged: "Can anybody tell me what Jorginho offers us right now?"

With one user posting: "Even Eddie Howe is saying that dealing with Jorginho is their tactical plan… but Sarri will never change or adapt…"
