Racing report card: A horse going places, a gamble landed and a horse for the tracker this Tuesday

We've pinpointed a horse going places, a gamble landed and a horse for the tracker from Exeter.

Horse on the up ⭐️

Exeter 3.15 – Danny Whizzbang

Paul Nicholls' exciting young hurdler extended his winning run in fine style.

He travelled strongly throughout under Harry Cobden and galloped strongly to the line to win easily from the 132-rated Truckin Away.

He has a bright future, particularly when he heads over fences.

Gamble landed ?

The Newcastle faithful landed a touch on the progressive Tim Rocco.

Oliver Greenall's charge, who won at Doncaster last time, opened up a 3-1 shot.

He was backed at all odds down to 11-8 and duly breezed home by three and a half lengths.

One for the tracker ?

Unwin VC caught my eye at Exeter on Tuesday.

Bob Buckler's lightly-raced youngster cruised into contention in a 2m7f novice hurdle.

But, as in his last few starts, he didn't quite get home. He is a very interesting contender when dropped in trip.
