Drake and Draymond Green have heated exchange after NBA Finals game

Drake couldn’t help himself.

The famous rapper and infamous Toronto sports superfan started Game 1 of the NBA Final by trolling the Warriors by wearing a Dell Curry Raptors jersey. He ended it by getting into an intensive game of trash-talking with Golden State’s Draymond Green as the power forward left the court following the Raptors’ 118-109 win Thursday night at Scotiabank Arena.

Green, who had 10 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds in the game, stopped to talk with Drake on his way to the locker room. As a smirking Stephan Curry (son of Dell Curry) arrives to pull Green away, it appears Drake tells Green: “You’re like trash”

“You got a question about basketball?” Green said when a reporter asked him about his “postgame scuffle” with Drake. “It wasn’t really a scuffle because I didn’t hit him and he didn’t hit me or I didn’t push him or he didn’t push me. We talked. We barked a little bit, but I wouldn’t necessarily consider that a scuffle. Not personally what I would consider a scuffle.”

Drake and the Raptors have been talked to by the league about his sideline antics such as massaging Raptors coach Nick Nurse’s shoulders on the sidelines during Game 4 of the Eastern Conference finals.

“Certainly we don’t want fans, friend or foe contacting an NBA coach during a game,” NBA commissioner Adam Silver. “I think those can lead to dangerous situations. You’re in the middle of coaching a game and you’re completely focused.”

Drake also wore a black undershirt to cover up tattoos that reference Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant.
