Dele Alli compounds Tottenham injury crisis after pulling left hamstring against Fulham

The England star scored the equalising goal at Craven Cottage after Spurs had gone behind in the first half thanks to a Fernando Llorente own-goal.

Luckily for Mauricio Pochettino, Harry Winks popped up in the final minute of added time to net a crucial winner for the North Londoners.

However, the victory did come at a cost for Spurs as they lost Alli to a late injury.

The midfielder slumped to the ground clutching his hamstring with just minutes remaining on the clock.

And he looked a broken man as he limped off the pitch, giving Tottenham a fresh injury headache.

The Premier League aces take on rivals Chelsea this week at Stamford Bridge for a place in the Carabao Cup final.

Spurs won the first leg at Wembley 1-0, but saw striker Kane succumb to damaged ankle ligaments at the final whistle.

He isn't expected to return until March at the earliest, with Moussa Sissoko also injured during that match.

Meanwhile, Mousa Dembele has been sold while Son Heung-Min is away on international duty, and Spurs will have to dig deep when they visit the home of their capital rivals on Thursday evening.
