The transit Moon ventures through Scorpio between Friday, May 17, and Saturday, May 18. Scorpio is the eighth sign of the zodiac and sits in the constellation of Scorpius. The astrological sign is believed to be a very resourceful and brave cosmic energy, known for its passion. People who are born with a strong Scorpio influence in their lives are said to be great friends who always stand for the truth.
On the downside, however, Scorpios are sometimes considered to be secretive and jealous and always enjoy being right.
The Sun in Taurus today sits directly opposite from the Moon.
Taurus is the second of the 12 sins of the zodiac and represents the earth house of elements.
Astrologers believe Taurus is a grounded and determined force to reckon with.
Unlike the often emotionally charged Scorpio, Taurus is level-headed and focused when a job needs to be done.
Both of these cosmic energies will be heightened tomorrow (Sunday, May 19) when the Full Moon in Scorpio peaks across from the Sun in Taurus.
However, some of these heightened energies will leak across into today’s horoscope.
And according to astrologer Debra Silverman of Astrology Answers, there is a lot to look forward to because the combination is extremely “delicious”.

“But this is important you indulge because Taurus’ whole gift to us is they love the pleasures of the human existence through this vehicle called our temple, better known as our body.”
Right now is also the perfect time to indulge because Venus and Uranus are right next to each other in the horoscope charts.
The Venus-Uranus combination is an “eccentric time” for good humour and creativity.
Use this opportunity to passionately indulge in art and music – “whatever it takes for you to get creative”.
Ms Silverman said: “This is the time.”
