And when it comes to taking a cat nap it seems that anywhere goes, including on top of statues, on public transport and even on board a moving vehicle.

Elsewhere cats’ hilarious and very over the top reactions to babies, unusual feeding trays and even lamps are immortalised by their owners. 

Whether it’s taking a nap or looking for a snack, these photographs proves that these felines don’t play by the rules.
