Model with a 59 inch bum begs doctors for help after illegal fillers injected at ‘plumping parties’ left her with a discoloured and lumpy bottom
MODEL Courtney Barnes is desperately trying to get her illegal bottom injections removed as her enormous backside is now sagging and lumpy.
Courtney, 35, first got the risky filler injected when she was just 22, after she attended underground ‘plumping parties’.
The Miami-based influencer went on to have two more rounds of black-market filler injected into her body, leaving her with a whopping 59 inch bottom.
But now she wants it removed after the injections caused her bottom to sag, become discoloured and lumpy in areas.
Despite that Courtney still loves flaunting her curves online and champions body positivity, sharing belfies and sexy snaps with her nearly one million followers.
But she also suffers abuse on a daily basis, from people staring in the street to leaving nasty comments on her Instagram page.
Courtney has written an autobiography about her experiences, called ‘I Am Not My Body – But I Wanted a Bigger Behind’, as she warns other young girls about the dangers of getting the shots.
Speaking to Barcroft media, she said: “At one point I wanted a bigger butt at any cost, but now I realise it could cost me my life and that’s why I wanted to bring the awareness to other women.
“There are still physical changes going on in my body, like my butt is still discoloured, it sags more than it used to.”
The Instagram model is desperate to have a normal bottom – and life – despite the risky procedure to remove the filler potentially running into thousands of pounds.

She said: “The cost of fixing my butt is more than what I paid to get this butt, it’d be well over $20,000 (£15,000).
“I just want to go through with the procedure and remove the fillers.
“There are a lot of women who want not only butt injections, but all kinds of cosmetic surgery, because they do not like their body.
“I want to let people know I am here for you, I understand what you are going through, but just because it looks good it’s not healthy – if you decide you do want work done, go to a surgeon and do your research.”

But the decision to remove the filler is final, with Courtney visiting surgeon Dr Gonzalo Mosquera.
He said: “She’s definitely had illegal injection of polymer which is a very sad but common thing that occurs in the area.
“We see a lot of complications with that, some patients get a lot of symptoms, a lot of pain, they can’t sleep, they can’t lean on it, they can’t rest. It’s an awful, illegal treatment.
“Fortunately Courtney doesn’t have a lot of symptoms besides the size and the lumps but at any point in life people can develop symptoms.”
Courtney says she was attracted to injections as she suffered from body dysmorphia disorder, and didn’t like the way she looked and wanted to be more confident.
But she claims she tried the natural way first, but working out didn’t give the derriere she desired.
Writing on an Instagram post, she said: “I had so many people ask me why didn’t I work out and do squats to get a bigger butt instead of do what I did.
“I dropped over 50 pounds working out I still hated my body, my legs especially.
“I loved how my upper body changed but I was still left with cellulite & a smaller Booty than before. Every woman’s nightmare is to lose weight, and lose her ass too.”
So when a girl told her about the risky parties back in 2006, Courtney ‘jumped for joy’, but acknowledges it was a recipe for disaster.

Sharing her experiences in her memoir, Courtney now wants to be taken seriously as a writer and is trying to change her image.
She said: “I always wanted to be an author, I just want to get as many people as I can understanding what I went through so they won’t go through the same things.
“I am ready to look like the girl next door, I am tired of being of bullied on social media and people following me and stalking me just to get a picture.
“I may look like a circus freak because of my booty but I am still a human, I am a daughter, I am a woman, I am an entrepreneur and I am figuring out life just like everyone else – I just want people to see me for me.”

Despite her wish to get the filler removed, she says her behind is still her best asset for getting attention – for her book.
She told her fans: “People be like ‘Why do you Twerk, but you want people to take you serious and read your book’.
“Since I hit the gram, my motto has been “Brains, Beauty, and Booty”, because I want it all!
“And I want to show it all! I don’t only want to be intellectual, neither do I only want to be beautiful, nor do I only want to have booty. But I want to have it all!”
