‘Southern Charm’ Battle: Thomas Rips Ex Kathryn For Trying To ‘Annoy & Embarrass’ Him
Nothing is charming about Southern Charm stars Thomas Ravenel and Kathryn Dennis’ bitter legal battle.
In the latest twist, Ravenel accused his baby mama of spreading outrageous allegations in their custody fight to “annoy and embarrass” him.
“The defendant believes that the requested information is only sought in an effort to annoy, embarrass, oppress, or create an undue burden or expense upon the defendant by the Plaintiff,” Ravenel fired back at Dennis in a filing made in Charleston court on January 16.

Ravenel continued to attack the mother of his children, writing Dennis “has filed her complaint in bad faith, for the purpose of garnering media attention, creating material for her storyline on Southern Charm, and ensuring her marketability as a reality TV star.”
In her own filing, Dennis requested Ravenel turn over any documentation for a private investigator he may have hired to trail her.
Dennis demanded “copies of any private detective reports, notes, emails, correspondence, videos, pictures, GPS logs, billing statement (showing the time and date of surveillance and billing rate), and or any related documents obtained by your private detective which of been retained by you or your counsel.”

In his previous documents, Ravenel alleged Southern Charm staffers were providing his ex with prescription drugs— and in her latest filing obtained by Radar, she demanded proof of his claims.
“Any and all evidence (whether photos, statements, video, documents etc.) that you have, if any, that would support your allegations that the plaintiff “abuses prescription drugs”; “is engaged in the use of illegal drugs”; “buys, sells and trades prescription medications to and from friends, cast members and show producers”; and/or “has been intoxicated by the abuse of prescription drugs and/or use of illegal drugs well and still care and control of the parties minor children,” her attorney demanded.
Dennis’ team also requested “all drug/alcohol test results/reports that you have in your possession that you have had Kathryn Dennis take and or which you have taken.”

As Radar exclusively reported, Dennis passed all the drug tests requested by Ravenel in 2018.
She also demanded Ravenel provide proof of his claims she used “synthetic urine” to pass her tests, and any evidence of settlements he made with sexual assault accusers.
And in an attempt to go after his social media accounts, Dennis demanded he hand over all messages he or girlfriend Ashley Jacobs made about her.
As Radar exclusively revealed, Jacobs was filming with nemesis Dennis in January after Ravenel was fired from the show.
