‘RHONJ’ star Danielle Staub is divorced after just 9 months of marriage

Danielle Staub is ready to get engaged for the 21st time.

The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star and her husband of just nine months, Marty Caffrey, finalized their divorce in a Bergen County, NJ, courtroom on Thursday, Page Six can confirm. We’re told Staub’s lawyer also filed a contempt of court motion on the basis that Caffrey allegedly disobeyed a gag order, and there will likely be a hearing to determine if the claim is valid.

“Danielle is glad this is over and she can move on with her life,” a source told Page Six after the hearing. “She was disappointed Marty used something as painful as a divorce to get his name in the press and have his 15 minutes of fame, but that is over now.”

Page Six reported on Wednesday that the volatile pair was due in court today to sign off on their divorce agreement.

“Now that my divorce will be final, I feel great relief as well as sadness,” Caffrey said at the time. “I bear [Danielle] no ill will, and I wish her the best in everything she does.”

As part of their deal, Staub, 56, will have to either buy the $2.15 million house they have been living in together or move out by April. She’ll also have to pay for the furniture inside it.

If the house is sold, Caffrey will have to move out immediately — but until it sells, he’s going to continue living there.

The reality star also has to repay all her debts to Caffrey, and she has to return all their wedding presents — which Caffrey said he never was in possession of.

Caffrey and Staub dated for two years before tying the knot in the Bahamas this May, and announced in August that they were splitting.

This was Caffrey’s second marriage and Staub’s third walk down the aisle. She was previously engaged 19 times.
