Miley Cyrus Had A ‘Strange Premonition’ About Her Home Burning Down

Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth and their pups were thankfully able to get out of their Malibu home safely before it burned to the ground last month, but did Miley predict it?

While chatting with On Air With Ryan Seacrest, the songstress revealed that her latest track with Mark Ronson, Nothing Breaks Like a Heart, which includes lyrics referencing a house burning down, was written MONTHS before her house did. Scary!

Miley explained:

“We’ve been working for the past year and a half on the next record… So I didn’t know the best way to come out of this blackout period but it’s actually really crazy because I wrote this song with Mark in May before we actually lost our Malibu house.”

She has been in a “really good healing place” and is coping with “post-traumatic growth” instead of focusing on the loss, but she still recognizes how creepy this is:

“One of the lyrics is ‘This burning house / There’s nothing left / It’s smoking and we both know it’… It was like this strange premonition so the timing just worked out.”

So spooky!
