Met Gala 2019: Lady Gaga already won red carpet as she strips off to lingerie

The pop royalty owned the camera as she pranced around in the costume, putting on some black shades and taking selfies as she went.

And when you thought that was it from the Edge Of Glory hitmaker, she went and stripped off again – but this time she was down to her lingerie.

Lying flat on her back on the staircase, Lady Gaga threw her hands above her head as she put on a performance and reached out to the crowds.

Then, proving just how extra she can be, the popstar pulled a cart of pink champagne around with her, with the words ‘Haus of Gaga’ written down its side.

It looked as though she was having the best of times, as she rocked mesh tights and a black bra, which she had paired with huge black boots.

Gaga was the first to arrive on the carpet and sure set a standard for the rest of the celebs to follow.

She will be joined by the likes of Miley Cyrus, Serena Williams and Karlie Kloss who have all taken to Instagram to document themselves getting ready.

As well as this, Kim Kardashian will also be in attendance and decided to share a series of throwbacks to her past outfits at the Met Gala.
