Love Island’s Greg O’Shea surprised by his friends after arriving back in England

Greg O’Shea was mobbed by his friends as he landed back in London following his time on Love Island.

Despite only being in the villa 13 days, the rugby player won the show alongside Amber Gill – much to people’s delight.

And after landing back in London, it was clear how proud his friends were.

Waiting for him at customs, Greg jumped into his friend's arms before they picked him up on their shoulders.

Showing his appreciation, the reality star then posted a photo alongside his pals as he thanked them for “making the trip.”

Greg, 24, and Amber, 21, are now officially exclusive after winning the show, but revealed that they are taking their romance slow and have not yet had sex.

Speaking from Spain, Amber said: “Greg and I have only known each other 12 days and we are both quite respectful. Greg is a gentleman and we both just didn’t want to do that.”

The Newcastle beauty firmly denied that she and Greg got hot and heavy after the final last night when the cameras were switched off.

She said: “No it’s still only 13 days now so doesn’t really make a difference! We are still super respectful, it wasn’t about whether we were on camera or not on camera.

“It’s about how we carry ourselves as people.”

The pair are confident that they will stay together once they leave the villa and return to real life.

Greg said: “Yeah definitely. We’ve only known each other a couple of weeks and it’s been amazing and we want to get out now and I want to see Newcastle and she wants to see Dublin.

“I want to meet the rest of her family and show her to my friends and there’s just so much exciting stuff we have in store now and we just can’t wait to do it.”
