Chatting to her fans, Lisa said: “Who says you’re past it at 50?

“Don’t wear minidresses, don’t wear miniskirts, cut your hair short in a bob.

“Behave. Act your age.

“I am Lisa Appleton, I’m nearly 51 and I have broken the rules.

“I’m feeling 21 and I am feeling hot.”
