Jussie Smollett Reportedly Paid Brothers To Stage His Chicago Attack – Details

The evidence is mounting against Jussie Smollett in his alleged ‘race hate’ attack.

It is being reported that the Nigerian bodybuilder brothers Abel and Ola Osundairo have been working with detectives probing the case.

The brothers were originally arrested and then released by the police as it is alleged that they were in fact acting at Jussie’s behest and reportedly paid.

Both brothers worked on the Empire set and it is being claimed that one of them turned over his phone and there is a call between him and Jussie in the vicinity of the attack before it actually happened.

CNN reported today that the brothers purchased what looks like the rope Jussie had around his neck at a Chicago Ace Hardware store.

The network also cites law enforcement sources claiming Jussie paid the brothers to carry out a fake assault.

Chicago Police released the brothers late Friday night due to “new evidence” gathered from talking with them and they are no longer suspects.

Smollett, 36, insists that he was the victim of a race and hate crime on a freezing night last month.

The actor reported to Chicago police on January 29th that he had been physically attacked by two men who had yelled racial and homophobic slurs at him.

He also said that the alleged suspects wore MAGA (Make America Great Again) baseball caps.
