HOAX REVEALED! Mayor Pete Sexual Assault ‘Accuser’ Reveals It Was All A Lie!

How is Jacob Wohl not in prison already??

This is the second time in just six months the young Republican has been caught creating a hoax to try to smear the political enemies of Donald Trump.

OK, let’s rewind a sec:

You may not have even heard, but for a hot second on Monday there was an accusation of sexual assault lobbed against one of the Democratic frontrunners for President in 2020, Pete Buttigieg.

Early on, Mayor Pete was ridiculed for throwing his hat in the ring — he was only 37 years old, he wasn’t a governor or senator, no one knew his name. But over the past couple months the mayor of South Bend, Indiana, has distinguished himself with his calm demeanor, reasonable positions, and impressive answers.

So now that he’s viewed as a threat to Trump, he’s being taken seriously — including by the most unscrupulous people in the game…

On Monday a post was published on Medium under the name of Hunter Kelly alleging Mayor Pete sexually assaulted him in February. Obviously it quickly got picked up by right wing media outlets.

Only, the entire thing was a hoax.

See, the Daily Beast had JUST published a story in which an anonymous source told them about a plot to recruit young gay Republican men to frame Mayor Pete for sexual misconduct. The source (who was also a Trump supporter but apparently an honest one) even had the pitch on tape.

So naturally when they saw the accusation post, they were suspicious.

They found the “Hunter Kelly” Medium and Twitter accounts were both created in the last month. The outlet tracked down Hunter Kelly and found out *gasp* he had NOT written the post at all!!!

Not only that, when reporters asked him about the smear campaign they’d heard about, he confirmed it.

He then confessed on his Facebook page:

“I WAS NOT SEXUALLY ASSAULTED.

It’s important for everyone to know that I was not sexually assaulted and would never falsely accuse anyone.

To keep it brief for now, I was approached by a political figure to come to DC to discuss political situations from the standpoint of a gay Republican. When I arrived they discussed Peter Buttigieg and started talking about how they would be working a campaign against him.

I went to bed and woke up to a fake Twitter @RealHunterKelly and an article that I in no way endorsed or wrote. I have since left and am working on a formal statement to give to everyone including the Buttigieg family.”

On Tuesday he told the whole story.

He had been approached by Jacob Wohl and his lawyer pal Jack Burkman, the two operatives who infamously tried to fake sexual assault accusations against Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller.

That fraud got busted when someone realized the fake intelligence firm website’s “employee photos” were actually of Oscar winner Christoph Waltz and supermodel Bar Rafaeli.

We swear we are not making up this nonsense.

Kelly says he initially got on their radar after commenting on one of Wohl’s pro-Trump Instagram posts.

Wohl then told him they were planning to take down Mayor Pete with a fake story of sexual assault — a scheme they said was part of a “‘task force’ set up by the Donald Trump administration.”

Holy s**t.

In all likelihood Wohl and Burkman were completely full of it about that. We know lying is their whole thing.

But you know, it has to be said. It’s not really beneath Trump, is it?

Kelly says he was trepidatious — not only is it a disgusting, duplicitous act, they also JUST got busted pulling the exact same move a matter of months ago.

Then, after he told them he’d have to think about it, they went ahead and published their fake story, NOT written by him, without his consent.

He says they tried to get him to go along with doing a press conference afterward, telling him they would buy him a house and that his family would “get over it.”

When Kelly still wasn’t convinced, he claims they switched to intimidation, telling him backing out “wasn’t an option.”

OK, one last time…

HOW ARE THESE GUYS NOT ALREADY IN PRISON??

Burkman is now claiming Kelly came to him with the story and not the other way around.

Wohl has not commented. (It’s probably against his Fifth Amendment tbh.)

As for Mayor Pete, this all is beneath him. Very much so. One of his spokespeople told the outlet they had been sent an email they believed to be from Kelly explaining he would recant the accusations, but they chose not to reply:

“We haven’t engaged and aren’t planning to engage on it.”

Good for him. Stay above it, Mayor Pete!
