Chrissy Teigen claps back at critics who ask how John Legend deals with her

Chrissy Teigen is over people asking husband John Legend how he puts up with her.

“I feel like a very common question when interviewing john is basically ‘how do you deal with your wife’ and … I don’t love it,” she tweeted late Tuesday. Teigen, 33, then explained her feelings in a thread, detailing why she’s so frustrated with the question.

“It happens a lot,” she continued. “‘does she ask you if certain things are okay to say?’ …it’s just very weird to me.”

Teigen provided the answer to that question, explaining that neither she nor he cares about what the “Cravings” cookbook author writes online. She said her husband will always use his stock response, but he shouldn’t have to say anything.

“he usually does the standard ‘no…she knows what she’s doing…’ but it’s not even that,” she tweeted. “It’s just that I am a different human than him? It is theeeee most common question with him. Please stop.”

To drive the point home, Teigen pointed out that no one asks her about Legend’s cyber activities.

“I’m not mad at anyone who has asked this. I get that we are very different. It happens a lot though and I’m just not very into it,” she ended her point. “You don’t ask me how I deal with watching msnbc every night or what I do while he’s silent for a week.”

Naturally, Teigen’s admission about Legend’s weeklong silence caught fans’ attention. One Twitter user asked what she does in those situations, to which she replied, “Ask him if he is mad at me, nonstop.”
