Bella arrived arm in arm with boyfriend Mod Sun, who wore a bold tartan suit for the event.
Pouring her curves into the sequinned dress, Bella wore her fiery locks down, and accessorised with a number of bangles and sliver rings.
The former Disney star looked sexy in the low cut dress, with her chest on full display.
Daring to bare, the young star decided to go braless for the event and flaunt her natural assets.
Bella looked worlds away from her Shake It Up days, and has undergone a complete makeover since her breakout role.
The actress finished the look with a pop of colour on her cheeks, and flicked eyeliner.
Making a music comeback, Bella signed to Epic Records last year, and is set to release her debut album this summer.
The starlet has made no secret of returning to the studio, having mentioned her love of singing in various interviews.
In a chat on a Z100 New York radio show last year, Bella explained: “I eased into it, and then I decided to start a record label and here we are now.”
