Anton Du Beke: ‘I have one question’ Strictly stars react as pro showcases hair transplant
Strictly Come Dancing professional Anton Du Beke, 52, said he felt more confident after undergoing a hair transplant in 2017. But, the dancer shared a picture of him pre-hair transplant followed by the results of his procedure in view of his 135,000 followers yesterday. He captioned the picture: “I’m so happy I made the decision to have a hair transplant with @hairrestorationblackrock. “It’s given me so much more confidence when appearing on television or having my picture taken. #HRBR #hairrestorationblackrock.”

Anton’s news prompted many of his Strictly co-stars to comment on his look.
Neil Jones, 36, cheekily commented: “You look great but I have one question. Did u take the hair from your chest?”
Anton’s ex Strictly dance partner Susannah Constantine, 56, wrote: “Always gorgeous,” followed by a series of emojis.
Many of Anton’s 135,000 followers also praised the dancer’s appearance.
One commented: “Looks great! Better then a comb over any day.”
A second wrote: “We all think you are brilliant and would love to see you so much more on TV.”
A third penned: “Makes you look younger Anton xx”
Anton first underwent a hair transplant two years ago, revealing he “felt 25 again”.
He previously told the Sunday Mirror: “I think the one big thing for men is their hair.
“Women have all their things… But men have hair.
“I was looking at photos and images of myself on television and saw it was going a bit thin at the front.”
Anton added: “I’d cover it with make-up and make sure I didn’t stand under certain lights. Basically, I didn’t like it very much.”
Elsewhere, Anton was recently confirmed to be returning to the show’s pro line-up this year.
The dancer will be joined by a host of familiar faces including Katya Jones and Gorka Marquez.
Anton’s history on the show includes dancing with This Morning star Ruth Langsford and former MP Ann Widdecombe.
It is yet to be announced which professionals will be dancing with celebrities this year.
